I've been pretty lucky about deleting things but the worst I've ever done was delete a character with 60k on it. Not much but I could always use an extra 60k.

I dont think it was stupid but cleared my whole account once and started from scratch. Including fow and about 2mill worth of weapons.

Salvaged a sundering 14^50 purple crystalline to get the 20/20 from it before perfect salvage kits. I had just broken 2 things, and I had huge odds to NOT break things, so I thought it would be a good time with the odds.

It broke. Made me sad, not TOO sad, just a little. Koss liked it.

I just junked a bow I use on my ranger a few days ago. Fortunately, it was just a collector bow (feathered longbow), but it had mods on it.

I got lucky that I had extra copies of the mods in storage, and it only took me about 15 minutes and 500g to get a replacement copy, and that it wasn't one of my more expensive weapons.

Besides that, I purposely deleted a Necro with elite armor because I disliked the face that much. Character has since been remade with a new copy of the armor and a better face.

I've done a few retarded things in my time in GW.

Rage deleted my first Mesmer because she died 60k xp from rank 3 survivor. She had a set of Luxon 1k dyed black.

Deleted my first Dervish because she was stuck at Dzagonur Bastion [yes, I know it's an easy mission, but way back then everyone I knew did the even easier Dasha Vestibule :P]. She had a set of Vabbian and Elite Sunspear.

Hmm... Who else... Lol...

I'm considering deleting my 3rd Dervish because I hate his name. He only has Vabbian so far though. :P

Oh and I salvaged a set of Vabbian on a male Mesmer mule becuase I wanted the gems to craft a set of Vabbian on another male Mesmer....

Ahh well, I still have fun playing the game, making gold, spluring on armor and then deleting the character and starting again. XD

My first character, which was instantly (literally) re-made with the same EVERYTHING. I just wanted a fresh start, and.... for whatever reason, figured that deleting and re-making her would be the best way.

A q8 death 10/10 preNF platinum staff to salvage before the 'are you sure you want to salvage and not just being a retard/suffering lag' warning.

Deleted characters with 50-100k on them many, many times.... I also walk away from cash machines after selecting the money I want and taking my bank card. I really should learn how to use my brain properly.

Oh yeah, that was her entire Xunlai savings.

And She's working on a Survivor Char at the moment.

15K kurzick armor (when the ambers was like 3K each, 1 month after factions came out) . accidentally used a white dye on one of my bags (2 days after they released it, which means ive lost 18K.).
and an unopened 2nd bday gift.

I won't post my character deletions, as those are usually purposefully done. However, my friend whom I convinced to buy the Factions CE for a Kuunavang deleted his character who was holding it. He planned on selling it.

i deleted my 1st monk cuz i wanted to try ele, that was pre-buy a slot update, and pre factions too, so all we had were 4 character slots.

that monk was my gold mine for a while, and i deleted her when i was tired of 55ing, i tough ill never use her again.... needless to say she had most of the prophecies elited and skills, all teh missions done etc.

well, RIP The Cuttest Monk and hello Cutie Monk created as soon as factions came out and i had 2 more character slots....

also i merched my first good drop ever, back in the day when Sorrows Furnace was new i went to SF with henchies and Drago droped his flat bow.... i was sooooo happy i tough i won the lottery, and while merching i lagged and yea.. we all know how lag+merching ends.
